The package of two 500302-2PK CATV Balun II from MuxLab integrates terrestrial broadband video (bandwidth up to 900 MHz) by replacing traditional coax cabling with Cat5 UTP cables. Using Cat5 cables, the baluns can transmit video signals at distances of up to 330 , depending on the channel frequency and input power being used. Additionally, the baluns are designed to be used in pairs, enabling you to easily move or add CATV equipment to any convenient modular wall outlet.
Supporting broadband CATV, VHF, FM, broadband internet, and digital cable, the baluns are ideal for use in schools, government offices, hospitals, financial institutions, hotels, and residential complexes. Constructed of ABS fire retardant plastic for strength and durability, these baluns are designed for long-lasting use. Furthermore, they feature low return loss for maximum power transfer with no line faults between the input and output. These baluns can be used in conjunction with RF splitters, amplifiers, and cable modems for a comprehensive cabling solution.
Package includes two baluns for a connection at either end of the wire
