This remote can control one television and up to five other devices, including set-top boxes, DVD/Blu-ray players, audio equipment, soundbars, game consoles, and select streaming media players, such as Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV sticks.
The URC 7966 features voice control for Android/Google TV with a built-in microphone. The Smart Control Pro is compatible with a wide variety of brands and devices with the ability to program up to three activities. An Activity can control a TV, a sound device, and a video source simultaneously. Setup is simple by downloading the free setup app, which will connect to the remote via Bluetooth LE and guide you through a few easy steps to program your remote. The URC 7996 requires four AAA batteries, which are not included.
