The A&norma line is crafted to provide a portable solution for audiophiles who want on-the-go Hi-Fi sound that s free of distortion, such as with the A&norma SR35 Portable High-Resolution Music Player from Astell & Kern. The SR35 combines much of what made the SR25 MKII popular, while adding aspects of more premium Astell & Kern products, such as a new generation amp from A&ultima and two-step gain to power demanding headphones and IEMs. Powering the SR35 s clear and dynamic sound through three outputs is a CS43198 Cirrus Logic quad DAC and Astell & Kern s own TERATON ALPHA technology. Everything is controlled by a 3.6 HD touchscreen with music sourced via 64GB of storage, optional microSD, or via dual-band Wi-Fi.

Hi-Fi Sound & Amplification

The CS43198 Cirrus Logic DAC is incorporated within the SR35 in a quad configuration, and is joined by Astell & Kern s TERATON ALPHA technology. Together, they work to eliminate noise, deliver efficient power management, and supply robust amplification for music with increased dynamics, separation, and resolution. Sound that s as close to the original recording as possible. Assisting these technologies is a new generation amp from the A&ultima line, something new for A&norma, which offers clear Hi-Fi output by improving noise reduction at a higher power output, with an SNR or 130 dB.

The A&norma SR35 supports a wide range of audio codecs, including high-resolution options that maximizes audio fidelity, such as MQA 8X full decoding, and support for native DSD256 32-bit/384 kHz, aptX HD, and LDAC.

New UI/UX

The redesigned Crimson-themed UI/UX features on the SR35 s built-in 3.6 HD touchscreen is designed to make it easier to discover new music and find the favorites in your digital library. The SR35 provides 64GB of built-in storage with an microSD slot that supports optional memory cards up to 1TB in size. You can also stream from Spotify, Tidal, AmazonMusic, Deezer, and many other popular streaming services over dual-band Wi-Fi.

ReplayGain Volume Adjustment

For sound sources with different volume levels, ReplayGain automatically adjusts them all for a unified sound level that delivers a more enjoyable experience. ReplayGain supports sources up to 24-bit/192 kHz.

AK File Drop Wireless Transfers

Wirelessly manage and transfer music files to the SR35 with AK File Drop. AK File Drop lets you freely transfer files wirelessly form a PC, smartphone, or FTP program on the same network.

BT Sink for Wireless Hi-Fi

Produce higher quality audio from your Bluetooth devices by pairing them with the SR35. Use BT Sink to stream audio from your Bluetooth device through the SR35, taking advantage of its hi-end technology.

The iconic Astell & Kern design is represented on the A&norma SR35, with its aluminum body, tilted HD display on the front, rear glass, and angular features. This is in addition to a dedicated knurled analog volume knob.
