Zenergy Relaxation and Sleep
After getting into bed, the Zenergy offers multiple features to calm you at the end of your day and help you fall asleep faster. Use the soft-glow of the sunrise as a reading light, free of eye-straining blue light-a light that can also double as a comforting night light.
When you re ready for sleep, use the 4-7-8 breathing coach feature to lower your heart rate and calm your mind. A soothing guide provides breathing meditation that fades and synchronizes with pulsating lighting effects. You can also utilize one of 15 sound-therapy tracks to relax you. They are comprised of recorded natural environmental and white-noise sounds.
