The versatile Philips Fidelio S1 3-Way Wireless Bookshelf Speaker is capable of acting as a standalone wireless speaker, part of a DTS Play-Fi multi-room home audio system, or a front speaker as part of a home theater audio system. If used as a standalone speaker, the S1 can also be paired with a second S1 for dynamic stereo sound. On its own, the 3-way speaker delivers 60W of RMS audio power with an expansive soundstage. When streaming your music, you can choose from Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Chromecast, or Spotify Connect. As you listen, you can enjoy the built-in multi-colored LED Ambilight to provide a static ambient glow, or a flickering light that pulses with the beat.

For music that fills the room, Philips supplied the Fidelio S1 with a 2.5 midrange up-firing driver, a 1 tweeter for crisp highs, a 3.5 down-firing woofer for punchy bass, and a pair of passive radiators.

When you pair the Fidelio S1 with a Philips soundbar, subwoofer, or TV, the S1 will recognize what it s paired with and automatically adjust its performance to maximize the richness and detail of your audio.
Built-In Ambilight
Ideally suited as a front speaker for Philips Ambilight TVs, the Fidelio S1 s own rear Ambilight will sync with your TV for an even more colorful experience. On its own, you can set it to Lounge Mode for a static ambient light, or Follow Music mode to create a pulsing lightshow that flickers with the beat.
Streaming Audio
You can stream audio to the Fidelio S1 from a variety of wireless protocols and services. The speaker features built-in support for dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Bluetooth, Chromecast, and Spotify Connect, and works with Apple AirPlay 2 compatible devices.
