The image you see is designed to be lifelike, using a dynamically dimming array of Mini-LEDs coupled with Quantum Dot NanoCell technology. As you watch, the A7 AI processor Gen6 automatically detects the content type and adjusts both image and sound. Built-in WebOS 23 and LG Channels open the door to streaming content on the QNED80, and an array of gaming features lets everyone in the family enjoy smooth, low-lag gameplay, and access to convenient cloud gaming titles that don`t require a console.
WebOS 23 & LG Channels
The built-in smart TV menu system of WebOS 23 helps you quickly find your favorite shows or discover new titles. LG Channels offers access to over 300 free channels, but paid subscription services are also available, such as Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Disney+, and more. When you find your favorite apps, you can add them to your own Quick Cards category. Quick Cards gives everyone in the family their own personalized experience.
Home Cinema
For that cinematic experience at home, LG uses Filmmaker Mode to ensure that the brilliant 4K graphics are calibrated to be seen as the director intended. As for what you hear, the integrated sound system is designed to deliver immersive virtualized 5.1-channel audio.
Advanced Gameplay Features
You can use one of the four HDMI 2.1 inputs of the QNED80 to attach an optional gaming console, or you can stream games from the cloud without one, thanks to NVIDIA GeForce Now access. However you play, the QNED80 uses FreeSync, VRR, and ALLM technologies for low-lag gaming with virtually no screen tearing. LG Game Optimizer and Game Dashboard are also built into the TV to help you tweak settings to your personal preference. Please note that GeForce Now requires a game controller (not included) and subscription to function.
Smart Home Integration
With support for Amazon Alexa built-in, you can integrate the QNED80 with your existing smart home devices. The TV also works with Google Assistant, Apple Home, and AirPlay 2.
